Benefits of having a rare name 28.9.06
I just noticed that my surname is fairly rare.
At least in the uk it is.
Worldwide I don't know..
Maybe there is a way of finding out but I don't feel a need to.
It is just that I typed my name into google.. and my other blogs have come in the top 10, along with post I have made to forums etc.
Thats a good thing once my name gets known as long as it is for the right reasons.. ;o)
Hopefully that would help any site I had if I had my name at the bottom with copyright logo.
In the long run then maybe it is a good thing I used my name for the blog url.
I would have got it anyway as it is my name... but nevertheless it will help with branding side of online life and work.
If that's the case it wont be long before others find this blog lol.
