Inner circles
There has been alot of talk about inner circles, some of it since the infamous "death of IM" report was unleashed.Inner circles are nothing new but with the power and width of the net there has never been a better time to utilise the power of "mastermind groups" or "inner circles", which ever you prefer to call it.
Now you can harness the thinking of people anywhere, anytime.. ON anything.
There is nothing stopping anyone setting up their own mastermind griups, and if you feel its a good idea then go for it.
It's a win win for all of the group.
Choosing who your join will make a big difference on the path you take, after all it is useless joining a group that gives you hardly any benefit, so you DO have to think it through carefully to make the right choice.
The best thing to do is choose those you can learn ALOT from, and those that will have a few members that you learn alot from, better to be a group that is by someone you can "model" your own path on, so using their expertise to move you faster along your chosen path.
It is for this reason I am now a member of Willie Crawfords "inner circle", here is someone who has a great track record of success in writing AND marketing, something I want to learn more about and utilise in my own path to success.
Most of you will know who Willie is, maybe from his , to some, outrageous declaration to make a "million dollars in 90 days", which as far as I know he is on track to do...THAT is incredible itself.
Think you could learn alot from that?
I know I could... AND I will. ;o)
I would bet those who learn the most from it will be those who ARE part of his "inner circle".
As good a reason to join as any!
I am suprised by what I have ALREADY learnt from it, there are great interviews to be had as soon as you join, 20 of them to be axact and there will be more.
I learnt at least ONE thing from each of the interviews..thats 20 NEW things I have learnt withing hours of joining.
There are audio's and PDF''s of the interviews, so I obviously had the PDF's, but nothing stopping you learning from the audio's on your mp3 players at times you wouldn't be doing anything..like in queues, or sat on the bus, in the car etc.
I am excited about what else I will learn from him and those who are members, some great names there.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to progress fast and steady in their online work.

Writing for profits
While surfing about online it becomes obvious what brings the money in for most websites, its not graphics, banners, ok.. maybe some will earn money from them but the main earner is the "words", words sell, words give you the information you seek.I see some great writers out there yet know there are a vast amount who struggle to make any profits from their obvious talent, sadly there are some who think writers shoudn't earn through their writing skills!
Huh? Why the hell not?
That to me is plain crazy.. will those naysayers donate an income to those who struggle to earn from writing?
Will they contribute to putting food on the table for their familes?
If so.. please use my paypal button below as I could do with a meal or two being paid for..if not.. then stop telling others how to earn their income!
It never ceases to amaze me the amount of naysayers out there who are quick to denounce things like that.
What do they gain from doing so?
For those of you who DO wish to earn more from your writing skills it pays to listen to those who already earn from writing.
You wouldn't go to a farmer to ask how to learn to earn from writing would you?
You know something else, even those that are hugely successful from their writing skills will get the naysayers comlaining about it.
Sod em!
If you are a naysayer moaning about it, why not educate these on how else to earn a living, instead of having a bash, if you can show them a better way... go for it!
If not...shut up about it.
Let those people earn how they can, after all they have to eat, clothe their families, pay their bills etc..
If you are one of those who would like to earn from writing, then go for it!
Not sure how or who to learn from?
Never fear, go to those already doing it, and doing it well.
The people I am keen to learn more from are those that the top earners use to write for them, there is no doubt that those writers are doing well, you only need to look at the earnings the top guys generate from the words these top writers create for them.
It is the words on these top guy's sites and their marketing skills that get that cash rolling in.
So who better to learn from?
There has also never been a better time to start generating profits from writing with all the PLR rage that is here, and here to stay.
Not everyone can write well, but most people can write to a level that will get them earning, the problem is most don't try, or even know where to start.
Well I have just the thing for you, want to generate some christmas cash then now's a good time to start, but don't forget your writing can be generating money for a long time to come, even years from now.
I have read a great set of books which I KNOW will get me going in a huge way and there is nothing to stop you doing the same.
Don't listen to the naysayers, they will STILL be naysayers a year from now.
If you get started now, think about where you will be a year!
Write something every week, be it an article, or a blog post or even a chapter of a book, you will have a great deal of money generating content out there, or a book ready to sell.
If the money side is not the main focus, you could have other benefits like back links to your site, blog etc.
Having written alot of blog post's myself over the last 2 and half years I can see the value of those links being out there.
So where should you learn to earn from writing?
As I say from those who have written for the big guys, or those who have earnt well from their own writing skills.
You don't need to be a fantastic writer, just a good one, and you know practice makes perfect, well it certainly makes it easier.. ;o)
I just read a great package last night that I KNOW will help me a massive amount, also their credentials speak for themselves.. those big guys most of you have heard of have used the writers skills to help them generate massive profits.

The need for a video

I feel if I can get the screensavers sold..which isn't looking likely sadly.
I will be able to get the camera and create a video, of me..why would I want to?
Well I know that it will shock a few people once they see the real me, meaning it will surprise alot of you and the perception you have of me.. it is human nature to have an preconceived idea of what I am like, the way I speak etc... and I KNOW that people will be surprised.
Most people have some vision of what a deaf person is like, it is a shame that it often is a negative thing but hey... it is understandable.. we all do it.
I can't wait to give you that shock. ;o)
It's something I have also thought will make me seem more human to you all, not that you don't think I am human of course, just that it will bring me closer to you and your perception of me will change a huge amount.
I mean a HUGE amount.. those who know me offline will know exactly what I mean.
I think it will also help my online work alot in many ways.. I have some great ideas for videos.
Would watching the sunset here on the beach be appealing?
Would a tour of Portland be appealing?

Web rage man jailed..
Quite a shocking bit of news here in the UK aboutthe first "web rage" jailing as a result of using
internet chat rooms.
This is a clear reason why you should not let your
kids or teens use these chat rooms.
We all know the dangers of those unsavoury people
that can pray on kids etc, but this is grown men.
You should never let others know your whole name or
address in chat rooms, it is just far to risky to
do so.
It can be to easy for someone to track someone else
down, more so if personal information is shared such
as addresses etc.
People should be aware that not everyone is as nice or
calm as yourself.
Take a look at the report here from CNN news.
Something was bound to happen sometime but you always
hope that it wouldn't.
A warning to all those who use chat rooms, forums etc, you

out that one of the google ads had shown a sexual abuse ad?!
How the hell does THAT happen?
From what word does google get the relevance from?

Is that unbelievable or what?
How do they get that from such an innocent word and post?
Beyond me.. but it is not something I want on my blog.
Why do google even allow ads like that to show?

Liars and forum abusers
As you know I frequent a fair few forums.I guess some people will never get it though, every forum
gets these types.
You know the ones I mean, they hide behind some stupid
userneame like chdy1832u3764 or some crap..
I just tapped keys so sorry if anyone DOES use that username!
But I digress...they are more often than not a....
A no mark.. no name no mark..
A loser... or a bully..
It is these that feel they can abuse others and abuse the forum's
Private messenger function.
I got news for those idiots.. the mods see EVERYTHING.
They see where you are, what thread, what you pm people
if they choose to keep an eye on them that is.
They know everything..
I don't NEED to justify myself because I stand behind what I say.
These people are the sort that will say someone else said this, yet
the truth is they said it, just haven't the balls to stand up and be honest.
When you get a messge from some no mark that says something
like..
"Are you racist? someone was bad mouthing you and I wanted to ask"
You have to wonder why they say something so daft..
I mean..being deaf I know full what well what predjudism is like and
how it can be hurtful, so there is no way in hell I am going to be predjudist?
Is there?
I mean it wouldn't even make sense..it is bullies and lowlifes who have
that sort of attitude.
So.. I replied.. "Who would say that? Do they have any proof that I am
racist? Have I posted anything racist?"
And they reply..."well no, I saw something I didn't like that you posted"
Then provide NO proof, or won't point to the post in question.
Well you know...what an idiot they must be!
Fancy making up something like that? Weirdo...
Fancy making up some mystery person that supposedly said this
or that?
From THAT one PM I come to the conclusion that they are a liar!
What other conclusion could I come to?
So.. they then post something to the forum thinking..
"oh well at least others will see this and maybe believe me so I can
do some damage"
What an idiot.. childish and pathetic... do they REALLY think the
mods etc won't know?
So..I forward the PM's to the mods..not that I needed to, they know
anyway.
So who will that hurt in the long run?

What is gonna die next?
Moving on from the latest problems I have had with the blog hereand the copy issue, now that has been absolved and is no longer
an issue as far as it goes, lessons have been learnt and that is what
is important.
Credit to the copier, Linus his name is, for acknowledging the misake
and dealing with it by removing my content and apologising to
me for it.
I accept that apology as sincere and will be happy to let the issue
go.
So moving on....
I guess most of you will have by now heard all about the report
titled "The death of Internet marketing" by M Filsaime.
There has been alot of opinions posted to the forums regarding this.
Some negative some positive, nevertheless it did get people talking
which was probably the aim of the report itself.
One thing is clear they are talking about HIS view, his business.
Opinions are just that, opinions.. we all have them.
My opinion on it is that this was a blatent rip off of the earlier report
called "The death of adsense" right down to the way it was distributed.
Lets get one thing clear...
Internet marketing is NOT dying...it never will.
The title is a grabber I admit that much but it is also very misleading.
One thing very clear... YOU the little guy.. the non "guru" he cares very
little about, you are just a number, someone to make money from.
Yet he says in that report there is NOTHING for sale, no ulterior motive.
Is it assuming we are that naive?
Why do it if thats so?
One thing he says in the report is he has a "select few" that he will
work with, so if you are NOT in that select few you have a hope in hell
chance of ever getting him to promote your product.
Well he will miss out if that is the case... it wasn't long ago he was a
nobody trying to get somewhere much like the rest of us.
So now he IS at the top he says he now has to say NO to people.
hhhm.. wonder how far he would have got if those who got him
where he is had said NO.. it stinks if you ask me.
The problem and he admits it, he IS a part of it, a spoke in that wheel.
Well it is certainly clear he has joined the "money mad circle" of the top
guys.
I mean look at his emails... no decent content, just a "buy this" attitude
which many of them have, see why I have unsubbed from so many
list lately.. can you blame me?
Every email is a blatent promotion of this or that.
He blames it on the fact so many launches have been made lately at
the same time, and all cross promoting each other.
He says people get fed up with that and they either unsubscribe or
ignore them.
Whos fault is that?
Ours?
Theirs?
I didn't hear him complaining when the money rolled into his account
that came from alot those who were on these "guru's" list.
The truth is they are in the same bed together and now they made
that bed they will just have to lay in it!
This issue wont get better for them.. only worse, people now trust
them less, listen to them less, hence all the unsubscribing.
They have made this Internet Marketing look worse.
Never mind... it doesnt mean YOU can't succeed, why should it.
He don't care about you.. he only cares about himself and his little circle!
That much he admits in the report..maybe not directly, but you
are smart enough to read that for yourself.
He says he will now only promote products of his little circle of friends.
Well.. that to me seems daft, there are going to be some great products
created by people we have yet to hear of.. so he and his little circle
would miss out.
I mean... how many of those around now had you heard of a year or
two ago?
His biggest mistake is to ruin any trust people had for what he says.
I don't say he his a bad guy, he isn't, but he IS making his own problems.
Lack of real communication is the problem.
The "ezines" he and the "circle" write are nothing like what we signed up
for in the first place.
How often do your favourite magazines (real offline ones) change the
way they are done?
Never.. if they did would you still buy them?
Mike even had the gall to have a rant at those who put the term guru
in "" just as I do.. "gurus"..
Here he says those who do this are doing so in a derogatory way..
"...someone that begrudges someone else for having what they,Woah... well Mike the term "guru" is a self labelled one.
too, also want. Blaming others for their lack of success, making
it appear that they are being exploited. All the while they would
love to have the same success. perhaps dropping the hypocritical
ego would help remove the 'them against us' conflict...".
I don't think YOU are a guru..not by a long shot.
You maybe a big name in Internet Marketing..but that is it.. nothing more.
I don't use the term "guru" in any other part of life, I know no gurus.. not the
real ones.
There are NO gurus in this market.
While the report does have some self serving part for him, it also has some
good points that may make your work better or more successful.
But that is just it, you can only decide what is good for you and your work.
Mike has no idea about you or your business so you need to take what he
is saying as being about HIM and his business.
You may well learn something from it that CAN help you and your work.
Only you can say that though, not him.
If the likes of Mike and his circle spent time providing value to his list,
this report would never have been done..it wouldn't need to have been done.
It sounds as though he knows he has blew it with the list he has.
So he sets about growing a new one.. well.. I won't be on them..
I am on this one so I could get this report and so I can see exactly what
changes he does implement, see what he does rather than what he says
he will do.
That WILL be interesting.. and you should be watching what they do,
not what they say...often they are two different things.
This post is just MY view on it, if you have not read it and would like
to do so..you can grab it here, That report!
Bare in mind what he says is not what goes.. he doesn't run this show
you know.. if anything I felt that report was centred around those that
use the "warriors" forum.
If so..then yes.. it is in a sense true.. they are all in the same forum so
it is bound to be that way, there is alot of scrtach my back and.. you know.

Update on copycat blog
Yay... the IDIOT has removed it....he emailed saying that he onlywanted the template..
WELL... there are ways of getting templates, doing it the way he did
is NOT one...
You do NOT copy the source code, thats why MY content was on his
blog..if you want that template... google for it!
OR
ASK.... and I will tell you the site I got it from... mind you if
you have half a brain you will be able to find it very easy.
There is NO excuse for what that IDIOT done... at all.
It was MY content, not the template I was bothered about.
I couldn't care less what template people use.. if you like it use it.
But at least do it right.
This person has little writing skills judging by the email I got from him.
I am happy to help ANYONE if they ask properly, even if it seems a daft
question to those who ask... I will not belittle them for asking, I will just
help them by answering the question.
People who know me know that.
This idiot said I copied the template from someone else....
YES of course I did, I got it from a website where templates are
there to use.
Nothing wrong with that at all, that is what they are done for.
So if you like this template just ask.. and I will give you the link where
I got it from.... all it takes is asking!
As for this whole situatiobn, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth, but
I will NOT let it lie.. otherwise they will go and do it again.

Blogger? Who's side are THEY on?
There is no doubt at ALL about that copycat taking MY contentand using it on THAT blog so why do I have to WRITE to blogger
to sort this out?
I mean its saturday.. the post is monday, then a few days for it to
get to blogger..then they act on it.. so a week?
THAT is terrible!
So I will do that, I will also demand to know WHO it is.. so I can
take action regarding this..
I wouldn't be bothered if it was using my RSS as PART of the blog..
but this is copyright infringment, and it is a case of them copying my
whole source code into their blog!

Backtrack on firefox
I love using firefox..but the last few days have been a nightmare.I would rather use firefox over IE any day.. yet..IE have NEVER
lost bookmarks... NOT once...but firefox IS better to use.
I posted about it recently..but I am not going to lie to my readers..
It was corrupted somehow, I was using ff 2.0.. crashed, lost all bookmarks
though I DID have a back up I did last week.. I do one a week..that will
change to one a day if I add any bookmarks any day.
I still lost alot of bookmarks I had added over the last week.
So.. a whole night, and two days of trying to get it sorted..I got so
fed up with it I uninstalled it and went back to an earlier version.
Boy am I glad I did.. now I have no problems, no stress inducing hassle.
I will NOT get 2.0 again untill they iron out these problems.
The support forums were a great help.. thanks to them, but there is
also something they say that I do NOT agree with.
Several of them repeatedly say to forum users that we who have had
problems are a small margin of the total users of ff 2.0.. maybe, but
that doesn't help the fact we did have the problems.. and it would seem
MOST of the post on the forum are in relation to the ff 2.0...and similar
problems.
I think it would have been better to have waitied before releasing it, iron
out any problems first.. at least these common ones.
So.. do I still recommend firefox?
YES.. I AM using it right now.. but the earlier version.. 1.5.0.8 and I AM
happy with it.
Take back ups of bookmarks regularly..and you could save ALOT of hassle.
If you have firefox.. it is easy to do.. just click bookmarks at the top of
your browser.. bookmarks> manage > file> export> save as webpage to pc.
Simple... yes could avoid the hassle I have had.
If you don't use firefox... I DO recommened it.. but if you go to download
it you get version 2.0... its good, but I DO NOT recommend it myself.
It is up to you what you use.. I like this more stable earlier version. Stumble this post...

Questioning whether it's really worth it
Just thinking aloud here so if it makes no sense..well ignore it.
I don't know where I am going with this post but I just feel I need to write it see what comes out.
Several things have me questioning things recently and they are something I have to think about in order to make sense of it, to do something about it.
If I don't I will just keep on keeping on the way it is going, and I am not sure I want that.
Without boring you with details of this and that, lets just say things are seeming to come to a head with me at the moment and this is not me having a "pity me rant"..far from it..more of a self questioning thing, yet I am going to write it because maybe it will help me..I don't know.
I had issues with my pc..and that was frustrating to say the least, wasted alot of time today..but hopefully I have that under control now and time will tell.
I think it just fouled my mood a tad..so a bath soon got some stress out, but the bath is also somewhere where I "think", always has been, maybe its the relaxing state of brainwave..
alpha, beta, zombie, whatever one it is..well anyway it got me thinking about tings.
I admit I was a bit..I don't know.. not quite emotional, just frustrated, and a little lost..as in why?
One key point was how lonely I feel at times, alot of the time.. normally I don't let this sort of thinking bother me, the last week I have been a bit ill, so not been out much or anything, being online is one thing I have managed to do.
But I do spend alot of time alone seeing as I live alone.
As alot of you know and the rest of you will now..
I am deaf so this whole net thing just amazes me in a very real sense..but there lies something I should have thought about before, and its made think about it now and that is this is more an amazement at the communication aspect of it, thats why you see me on forums and such, intereacting.
I LIKE forums, they are a trove of valuable info and tips if you look properly and join, ask the questions, give as well as take, help others, advise people.. etc.
But forums are good and bad, can be great for meeting people, I have met some great, fantastic people, yet it is also a time eater..well anyway it isn't for everyone but I DO use the forums a bit.
Most of you can call each other and such, well messaging and forums, blogs and blog comments is my sort of communication, my phone if you like, there are others who have conferences, brainstorming calls..something I can never do, so what I write is what people read of me, thats the ONLY way I can be characterised.
As you know with writing it is hard to put the right emotion, tone, whatever into the words, hence smileys, it gives you that clue to the context the word is written in.
The mood of the writer when writing that word..
So it is no wonder some people take things wrong, just as I may do with their words etc.
An awkward thing at the best of times..you should be prepared to stand behind what you write though.
Don't get me wrong their ARE some great forums out there, some great people, you KNOW who you are, but there is the other side too.. LACK of real welcoming vibe and such, cliques and the like without naming any forums or people...YOU know who you are too.
Where I feel most welcome is where I feel LESS constrained..as with anyone, we don't want rules and bouncers if you like in EVERY room we go into, making the place feel as though its got eggshells on the floor!
I do not go out to insult people or upset people etc, I VALUE the communication aspect far to much.. yet I WILL get involved in heated threads if somene I call a friend gets insulted etc...so I should.. what sort of friend would I be if I didn't?
It also means I get LESS done than I should, yet I do get alot of vistors to this blog from forums, nice to know people will read my stuff..
I am glad of that, so the forums have that added benefit but the visitors wouldn't be here on this blog if they didn't think I had anything of interest to say..and if I didn't post on forums..they wouldn't see my link..a circle there?
Yet I DONT go to forums to get traffic, I go there to see people I like, and to learn something as well as contribute, to communicate.
I know most of those that read this DO like me as a person and that IS great.
I try to be as much like I am online as I am offline.
I am a blogger and a forum user...simply put.. next is more sites etc, but do I curtail the forums in order to free up more time to build sites?
Do I want to feel even MORE lonely than I do anyway?
Do I want to lose touch with people, even if only partly?
A BIG part of me doesn't..
That causes another issue.
I don't earn anything from it.. I don't get food on the table from it.
I don't use time well enough to do what I should, so.. it has to be less posting on forums, and in some ways I guess it should a be a good thing for my income.
Earning money is NOT my main priority online I now realise but it has to happen in order for me to STAY online and live reasonably.
If I did earn from this blog then I guess I wouldn't be writing this part.
So I guess I have to stop posting as much to the forums and do more of what is NEEDED to earn something.
I know that on a few forums when I AM there they liven up.. and get busy and from the comments I have had, they are glad I AM there, but it will have to be less posting from now.
But isn't it strange.........
If I wasn't my usual nice self and used controversy I would probably be earning from this blog....
It seems you need to be a jerk and tell people to f**k off and such to get such traffic and results.
An odd world indeed...
Seems to make me question whether it REALLY is worth it?
