BT.... the worse customer service ever?

Absolutely terrible and so ignorant.

After two hours of being messed about my brother got NO WHERE on the phone with them, just mucked us about.

The service is crap, second rate.

So, it is a letter to oftel and the head office of BT.

Dam idiots.

We had an office in South London with BT phones. We paid them a fortune to move us to new offices - the service was slow but eventually kicked in.

17 Months later the aliffs turn up to claim for an unpaid bill they sent to our OLD address - 2 months after we had moved out. After all the extra balif charges and late payment charges the total had sky rocketed.

The fact they couldn't work out that we had moved office amazed me - caused me plenty of stress and time and money lost sorting it out. And the alternative...?
