BT.... the worse customer service ever?
Absolutely terrible and so ignorant.After two hours of being messed about my brother got NO WHERE on the phone with them, just mucked us about.
The service is crap, second rate.
So, it is a letter to oftel and the head office of BT.
Dam idiots.
