I believe that anyone willing to put themselves out there for their readers will be a good blogger. Women do tend to be better bloggers simply because we do seek out connections with others more than men do (usually). If a man is willing to put his ego on the line and reach out to other bloggers and his readers, then he'll be a successful blogger. Just my two cents :)

Woman tend to go more into detail and could lose a male reader because of this. You know the way we go on and on and on and the way you men tune out :D

If men blog from the heart then it does become a compelling read. The best read is a blogger who has an interesting tale to tell. Yours is one I can see myself reading regularly :)

You've brought up some really great points and I would have to agree with them. I do however find that there are quite a few "guy blogs" that I love reading too.

Women think differently than men and externalize their thoughts whereas men tend to internalize and not share. So women tend to communicate their feelings more easily because they are used to talking about these things with their other female friends. Men and boys tend to not talk about feelings as much.

I think it all depends on what your looking for...altough yeah we women do tend to ramble just a little bit.

(twistedsister)

Hi Rob,

Amazing how inspiration comes full circle - and it was started by a woman.

I'm not sure whether men or women are better either. But I think blogging is an excellent medium for men to say what they can't always manage to spill from their mouths - the fingers can sometimes say what the mouth can't.

Let your fingers do the talking ;-) (oo-er)
