The Stig, teaching YOU to drive properly

The Stig!

Who better to teach you how to control a car the right way?

Imagine having a chance to drive around the top gear track with the elusive Stig?

Yet…

I’d have one distinct advantage over most people… I’d have to lipread him, so at least I’d get to see just who the elusive Stig is! :)

Bet they would make me sign a non-disclosure if I had the opportunity!

After all, I can’t lipread a bloody helmet! :D

The Nissan 370z is a car to learn proper driving skills in too, these days not many people have driven a rear wheel drive car, which are a lot more fun and very different to front wheel drive, you would get a chance to drive with 7 gears too, seems hard to believe when I started driving you were lucky to drive a car with a 5th gear!

This would be a top day to remember, a once in a lifetime opportunity, go check it out and see if it’s YOU that gets to be that lucky winner. :D

One thing that’s certain is driving on a track is so different to the road, the speed can be deceptive with the wide open spaces of a track.

Wouldn’t you love to try that out?

  1. I’m heading over to sign up right now.

I’m a professional driver but never had track training, this is the sort of prize money can’t buy, you literally couldn’t buy this.

    Good find brother.

  2. I’m quite fortunate to have done a number of different driving courses. Track driving is like nothing else. Ironically some of the smaller cars are the most fun on the track eg Mini Coopers!

I was even more fortunate to have a passenger ride with a Masserati works driver that was awesome. Although if he’d gone round again I’d have proabably have thrown up.

I dated someone in high school who was a test driver on a major racecourse and went to parties at Unser’s as a kid. I refuse to own an automatic for so many reasons! I love my five-speeds and used to drive 50,000+ miles a year. Now I drive 0 miles a year and no more car.

I’m sure many would simply love to win that prize so I’ll help spread the word.

      Hi Gail.

I think automatic’s are ok for when you need a lazy relaxing drive, but you can’t be a car with real gears. :)

Automatics are few and far between in the UK… 99% are real gears.

Incidentally, I also don’t have a car at the moment, been two years now, should get one soon though.
