Your questions are good ones. Every blogger should ask them and decide. But one of the many great things about blogging is that today's decision might not be tomorrow's. <br />You're introspective and honest, and your "voice" is original. My hunch suggests (but really how can I guess?) that you couldn't lose those qualities if you tried. That's why I read your blog: Rob's honesty and his voice. If you change or improve your site, but still write it, I'll keep reading it. If your marketing decisions lean toward all clips and quotes, or even all pictures, most likely I'll stop by less often. BUT: I don't have money ...and except for the monthly fee for my own blog, I don't spend money, not for reviews or badges or marketing software. And if I did have money? I'd probably go for charity org.s, though I'm sure savvy marketers can dress up a personal blog and so that voila: it's actually a worthy cause.

A couple of ideas. I received an offer yesterday, to have my blog reviewed for a small(ish) fee. Check out www.creativeblogger.bravehost.com. Seems like a good idea if you want to increase traffic to your site. I'd also like to see more of your lovely images. That would make me come back even more regularly. I do like a blog with pictures and not just acres of text! Well, that's my tuppence worth and I have bought you your first beer of the day-enjoy it!
